This could indicate various issues. 


If you have purchased a FlexProtect battery-operated device.

It is specifically designed for Stolen Vehicle Recovery with crash detection and an away mode features. When you access the app, the device will display a location once a day. Additionally, the device checks in twice more daily for battery level verification and an internal system check.

If you have an incorrect street number or street. 

FlexProtect employs a reverse geocoding service to derive addresses from GPS coordinates. The address information is provided by the reverse geocoding service and is not generated by FlexProtect. Occasional discrepancies may occur, particularly in areas with multiple streets adjacent to one another, overlapping boundaries, or unincorporated areas. It's good to know that such discrepancies will not impede a police officer's ability to locate a vehicle in the event of a theft.
